You retain all ownership rights to your source code, repositories, and project data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and process your code solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including executing tasks in temporary sandboxed environments.

SprintKraken, its branding, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary software.

Code generated by SprintKraken's AI agent is provided as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving all code changes before merging them into your codebase.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
